Supplier Pre-Screening
Sedex Solutions offers a Pre-Screening service to help you determine which of your supplier sites should be included in your initial supplier engagement programme, allowing you to prioritise your resources and focus your efforts effectively.

Using high quality data from global risk experts Maplecroft, our experienced team will assess your supplier sites (based on country, product sector and company specific information such as spend or product criticality) to determine whether they pose a low, medium or high risk. You can then use this information to determine the scope of your supplier engagement activities.

Maplecroft keeps abreast of the latest risk issues and this knowledge is regularly fed back into the Pre-Screening Tool, ensuring you benefit from the most up-to-date risk scores.

Data Cleansing
Key to any supplier engagement project is having the right information on your supply chain; a challenge that many companies underestimate.

Our Data Cleansing service ensures that you are working from the most accurate data, helping you to increase efficiency, improve supplier engagement and expand supply chain transparency.

Through a combination of automated tools and manual processes our Data Services team will cleanse a supplied set of data (e.g. supplier list), in line with criteria pre-agreed with the client.

Criteria for cleansing could include correcting spelling mistakes, replacing missing or incorrect information, and highlighting / removing duplications.

Supplier Engagement
